The Group Start-up Process

Once we have received your Group Leader registration information, we will confirm your registration and send your HaYesod Start-up Pack. Please allow three weeks for this process.

1. Receive HaYesod Group Start-Up Pack

After receiving your HaYesod Start-up Pack, spend time reviewing its contents and carefully reviewing the HaYesod Leadership Guide, the HaYesod Leadership Training & Program Promotion DVDs, and the promotional components for the HaYesod program.

2. Promote Your HaYesod Group

Promote your group first with your immediate circle of influences and then, if necessary, begin to promote your group to the wider community. The promotional resources for the program are explained in the HaYesod Leadership Guide.

3. Student Forms

Student Registration Forms are enclosed in your HaYesod Leadership Registration Pack. Your students will need to fill these forms out and make the appropriate payment for their registration. Upon collecting all of your student registration forms, send these forms, payments, as well as the HaYesod Meeting Calendar to the First Fruits of Zion office.

4. Meeting Calendar

Fill out the HaYesod Meeting Calendar for when your class will be meeting over the forthcoming weeks. Keep in mind any holidays that might conflict with your group and schedule around those appropriately. Turn this form in with your student registration forms.

6. HaYesod Program Kit

Upon receipt of your Student Registration Forms and your Meeting Calendar, First Fruits of Zion will fulfill your HaYesod Program Kit. This kit will include everything you need to conduct your class. Please allow a two-week period of time to fulfill the order of your HaYesod Program Kit (six weeks for international groups).

Promote Your Group

We provide you with free tools to bring students to your group.

• Free promotional flyers, posters and postcards can be ordered free.
• Banners and ads for your website
• A HaYesod Group Directory listing.
• Attractive pre-designed eCards to send to multiple potential students via email.
• Standard HaYesod forms to manage your group.
• A free professional design service if you have any special advertising needs.
  
• Advertising and HaYesod branding guidelines, should you wish to create your own advertising (coming!)

We want you to be successful! We will support you with free materials and services. Donations to cover the costs in producing these materials are welcomed.
