Online Lessons : System Requirements
In order to watch the HaYesod Student Videos, your system must meet the following minimum requirements.
- Computer with high-speed internet connection (downstream bitrate greater than 512Kbps (1+ Mbps recommended). Test your connections speed here.
- Listening device, i.e., computer speakers, headphones or earphones.
- Minimum 1024x768 screen resolution.
- Desktop computers: Web browser with Adobe Flash installed, minimum version 10.1.
- Mobile devices: A special iPad version is provided. Android devices are not supported.*
- Total video stream delivers about 6 gigabytes of data, depending on how often you rewatch videos. If you are charged per gigabyte by your ISP, make sure you are capable of receiving this amount of data over the 14-week period.
* As Android mobile devices no longer fully support Flash, we advise against trying to watch the online Videos on these devices. Plans are being made to support these devices in the future.
Online Video Streaming Network
The Lesson Videos are streamed directly to the user via a powerful content delivery network for the optimal user experience, including the ability to instantly watch any portion of a video. The network is spread over edge locations worldwide in the largest metro areas and should provide the user with optimal load times. If you do experience continual problems streaming the videos, a full refund is available if you contact us within 14 days from the date you sign up.

Thank you to all of you for producing this Hayesod program for us. There was much to learn and I didn't dare just go ahead and write in the answers because each lesson was a completely new experience for me, and I would have put in the wrong information. It was lots of fun to actually go with our teachers to Jerusalem and the surrounding areas via the videos, to envision what it must have been like when our objective of that lesson was given.
